Discord: @sayukiichi- Once song is decided and I have confirmed, please send files using .zip/.rar and include the following:
- On + off vocals of the song (if there's no off vocals, I will find it myself)
- Vocal files should be exported in 24-bit, .wav format, MONO and at 44.1kHz or 48kHz.
- Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for turnaround time. I will be sending demos during this time if I deem the mixing is almost done.Recording Process
- Please do sing as best as you can! Match the energy of the song as much as possible. The outcome will be much better if you do.
- Please record in a place where there's no background noise as much as possible!

A: Total price + Additional 50% For VGen, the prices are different because of additional fees!Q: Why are the prices in ranges?
The reason for the ranges of pricing is because it also depends on what song! Harder songs (ie. tuning or special effects) will take longer to deliver. Base price will always be $30 in Full size packages and $15 for the TV size packages.Q: How much are you asking for the price?
A: I always give very low prices compared to other mixers in the market while delivering the best quality as fast as possible.Q: Are you pro when it comes to mixing?
A: No I do not consider myself pro since it has been only recent since I've mixed with vocals. I only usually make or work with instrumental songs before!Q: What is Full size and TV Size?
A: Full size songs are songs that are over 1 minute and 30 seconds. TV Size is usually 1 minute 30 seconds, like the size of an anime opening/ending song.Q: How do you record vocals? What software should I use?
A: For simplicity's sake, use Reaper or Audacity. If you need help you can DM me if there's something wrong or anything with recording!Q: What are the stages in your mixing?

A: Yes, I can try and help for a small fee or none at all and depends on the difficulty of the given mix.Q: Do you help with mastering songs?

Terms of Service Agreements and Conditions• I reserve the right to decline any commission at my discretion — thank you for understanding!• Work on your commission will only begin once a payment has been made. Accepted payment arrangements include a downpayment/installment, half payment, or full payment upfront. No work will be started until this condition is met.• Chargebacks are strictly not allowed. If you have any concerns regarding your payment, please reach out privately so we can resolve the matter directly.• Final pricing is subject to change based on the complexity or scope of the project. Additional fees may apply for extra work required beyond the original agreement (e.g., complex special effects, extensive vocal layers, etc.).• Commissions are queued based on when all required materials (recordings, instrumentals, references, etc.) are fully submitted. Incomplete submissions will be held until all materials are received. The commission will only be added to the tracker once both materials and payment are complete. (You can check the tracker in the Portfolio page.)• Commissions may be used as part of my portfolio/samples after completion regardless of whether it's Commercial or Non-Commercial and only after the Client has published their version. (This also applies for VGen commissions)• Credit is required for all commissioned works. Please use the name "Sayukii", "Sayukii Miyazaki", or "さゆきい" and include a link to my YouTube, VGen (/Sayukii), or Twitter (@sayukiichi) when crediting.• Invoices will be sent through PayPal or VGen (for VGen commissions only). Accepted payment methods are PayPal and/or Stripe (via VGen). If you are unable to pay through either of these methods, please reach out privately and we can come to an arrangement.• Low-quality preview demos will be provided for commissions that are still in progress or not yet fully paid. You are welcome to request a draft at any time if one has not been sent yet.• Client names will not be listed on the Notion site for privacy purposes until the Client's final output has been released publicly.• Commercial Use: Additional licensing or permission may be required for commercial use, especially with copyrighted or licensed music. If your project is intended for commercial purposes (e.g., monetized videos, merchandise, business use, etc.), please disclose this upfront so proper arrangements can be made. Commissioned work for commercial use may incur additional fees to ensure fair compensation for time and effort.Revisions: For examples of revisions please scroll down below.
• Any major revision will incur extra fees. (i.e., changing the concept of the mix, change of singers, changing instrumental to a remix version, etc.)• Minor revisions/fixes will not incur any extra fees.• Full refunds are available if the commission has not yet been started. Once the mix is in the tuning stage, only a half refund may be issued upon request. Once the mix has progressed beyond the tuning stage, no refunds will be issued.For Natsu Productions customers additional agreements will be the following:
• If you have commissioned me through Natsu Productions, please use the name: "Sayukii (Natsu Productions)" or "Sayukii from Natsu Productions"
• ToS of Natsu Productions and my ToS will also apply to the commission that the Client has ordered.Last updated: March 25, 2026

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Commercial works are for original songs or cover songs that will be monetized, therefore you need the Publishing rights (for original songs) or Mechanical rights (for cover songs) to the song you are going to commission for to avoid problems in the future.Examples of major revisions:
• Changing the concept of the cover/mix (ie. from Original song to a remix)
• Change of singersExamples of minor revisions:
• Retakes of recordings
• Fixing of small errors (ie. Timing, tuning, the sound, specific part of the mix, mastering issue, etc.)
